Becoming a developer in our company means test writing is a must - just like a swimmer needs to dive. While some may call it a waste of money, at creativestyle it's a way of life!

We always write tests and practice test‑driven development. It's our way to ensure that as the shop grows and the new functionalities come in, there's zero chance that new features destroy what we've built before. Cyber Sailors are confident that projects are stable, because we deliver the highest quality solutions.

If you think that without code review it will work somehow - it's a wrong way... At creativestyle every merge request we make is reviewed by the Cyber Sailors crew.

In our company, everyone has the green light to do this - not just Seniors. What do we achieve with code review? We make sure that we all follow the rules and procedures, achieving the highest quality code.

And here's the beauty - you can always swap roles to keep the ship sailing smoothly.

We value this knowledge and support, thus it is easier to understand complex concepts during conversation. Moreover, we don't need to dig through walls of text.

Men- To- Ring

You get a Sensei looking at you coding and giving valuable tips. How much time it will take? In general 2 sessions of 4 hours. Each session is the space for work of a different person.

No need to worry that after couple of hours it will turn out you're totally useless.

We are able to make every diamond shining!

Resting on our laurels isn't our style; we're always grinding to improve skills.

We organise internal training to prepare for Adobe certifications. Nothing boosts the ego and systemises knowledge like a well passed cert, that's the reason why we meet once a week to work together and resolve issues

Piotr - Senior developer, although he doesn't arouse sympathy at first sight, he's happy to help you. Piotrek has a huge heart and knowledge as well.

Do you wish to be called "Mr President"? That's not our vibe at CS. We cherish collaboration, sharing knowledge and exchanging experiences. Our emphasis is on support and technical growth. Soft skills? We value them too - they complement our practises seamlessly.

You can drop in for pair programming, technical mentoring or beer with us - choose your weapon. If you feel up to it and have the skills, you can take the lead on a project. But remember, we don't have managers who manage. Instead, we have leaders who we follow and with whom we share what's in our heads and what's in the code.

Annual Feedback- the stage is yours!

We'd like to offer you the best service we can and hope you will do the same. After one year, you could expect the annual feedback with Mana No stress! It's just a nice conversation, no need to drink lemon balm or chamomile before. CS is always open for your feedback to the company and TL. We want to hear what you like (or don't) about our ship. We don't point fingers, instead - we focus on cooperation to figure out how to make everything goes smoothly.

It's a real value to hear how you've developed and what you need to grow more. We'll try to set new paths and goals for you. And maybe you have a cool idea worth implementing? We are always happy to listen. This is also the moment for the annual raise - it's our tradition!
