Recruitmentprocess

Our recruitment process is straightforward and transparent. Once we have received your application, we will review it carefully. If your profile matches our requirements, we will contact you soon to arrange a Face-to-Face interview. This will give you the opportunity to get to know our Cyber Sailors team and our office in Munich. We look forward to getting to know you personally! We'll introduce our creativestyle DNA, talk with no beating around the bush, raise nitty-gritty, answer your key questions and discuss the next steps. It is important to us that you feel comfortable at creativestyle ship!

onboarding

General

At the beginning, you will meet Mana - HR Manager who will introduce you to the world of creativestyle over cookies and melissa. You will get all the access you need, find out the spicy details about our company and go through the CS bible. We will also invite you to a show titled "Meet Your Bosses" and small talks with the EB team.

Technical

Team Leader and Buddy prepare you for the project challenges. Technical onboarding differs from team to team, but the goal is always the same - setting up the environment, getting to know the team and the projects where you will be working. The implementation period is 3 months and ends with a feedback meeting. During this time, we will be with you every step of the way.
