Sailors

Our founding father Jaro is located in Munich. Our Bavarian Pole has been fascinated by pixels since he was a kid, thus he dropped out of university to follow his dreams and create awesome IT projects.

Jaro embodies a passion that has turned into a profession. He set up creativestyle at the age of 18 and he's still into it. What does he do when he's not working? Jaro likes concerts (he has over 100 on his account), plays drums, piano and (of course!) games.

His favorite saying:

F**ck it!

Magento crew

The Magento Frontend is an intrepid frontend team,

who are not afraid of jQuery, Knockouts and the intricacies of Adobe Commerce. They base their work on the powerful MageSuite.io fronted theme, which is the foundation for every Magento project at creativestyle.

During creating custom solutions, they work with ES6, TypeScript and SCSS in addition to the technical background of Magento. They care about Web Perfomance and... each other. They place a strong emphasis on mutual help and knowledge sharing, and company values are the daily bread in this tribe. They are good mates, not only when it comes to coding, but also over a glass.

The Magento Backend crew is the largest one on our mighty ship,

developing shops with new functionalities from scratch. Cyber pirates take care of integrations with other systems, intricately making sure the shop hulks with maximum performance.

Our back-enders are the most certified team at creativestyle. Where does their superpower lie? They don't work in a rush, knowing that it reflects on the quality. They keep an eye on code cleanliness, write tests and in development they trust.

The iSHOP crew is the most stylish team at creativestyle -

Most of their projects are well-known fashion brands. Over the last few years, a small 2-sailors boat has grown into a yacht filled with PMs, testers and developers who know all the tricks of a good front-end for e-commerce.

Java on the backend, Vue.js on the frontend, good brands in the portfolio - that's the iSHOP team!

Custom Development

is made of code virtuosos who bravely implement the software wherever there is no boxed solution (and it even works!). They know that the most expensive or hyped solution is not always the best. Well personalised research of the customer's needs is a key. This is where you find variety of technologies,

as long as it is the Symfony.

The Smile Group owns the SensioLabs brand, and creativestyle offers consulting and training services under the SensioLabs Germany brand.

Do not let the intimacy of this department fool you. It’s small like our modesty, but we have full autonomy here (as long as the customer is satisfied at the end of the day).

With them, even on Fridays you can deploy with a calm head.

The QA crew started sailing in 2015 with a crew of 1.5 testers.

QA team have TestRail and test case writing in their fingertips. They even share bugs found by chance on the net for fun.

Their superpower is extraordinary perceptiveness, so they won't miss a bug or a colleague's visit to the barber. Bug trackers rule in projects like martens under the hoods of our Lamborghini.

UX/UI Designers

They are diligently working to make our stores a pleasant, exciting and enjoyable experience. The team, consisting of experienced sea wolves and new recruits, is passionately pushing the idea that '3 pixels to the right matter'.

To tough questions from customers

"Why is this button right here?", they answer without batting an eye: "Baymard Mister, Baymard".

XD or Figma have no secrets to our designers. Adobe Photoshop is easy‑peasy for them either. The team is open‑minded, cheerful and their heads explode with creativity!

HR&EB Team - we call them Powerpuff Girls,

Holy Trinity: Kama, Mana and Wero are trying to defend creativestyle from disasters. They are far from the typical HR ladies with a mustache, so there is no need to hide from them in basements.

From the first "hi, hi, hello" during an interview, they implement the positive CS virus and pull on board the awesome pirates. Although, they do not code, IT is close to their hearts and they know that JavaScript and Java go together like beer and beard.

When needed, they hold your hand, effectively navigating on every path (especially the one from Junior to Senior). They'll carve out the soft skills painlessly, point out the requirements for a Tech Lead/Mentor and make EB rolling (and I don't mean beer brand, but Employer Branding).

Pretty

cool ladies

"Admin-Girls" -
Ania and Natalia take care of our CS harbour.

Ania (better not called her Anka!) is a Head of Office and supports our CTO. On a daily basis she dances with contracts and invoices, munching keto cakes. She cares about our development and always makes sure we arrive happily for conferences. We all do like her, especially
every 10th day of the month.

Natalia tenderly takes care of our mills and factories. She attentively looks after our workspace. As a master’s degree in psychology should be, she has a great deal of tact, personal culture and empathy. Natalia has a big heart, but she's definitely not a lump!
